Ionna is a new charging network backed by eight major automakers, promising a more reliable and comfortable public charging experience than most existing options.

The Reynoldsburg, Ohio Ionna Rechargery features 12 charging spots under a large canopy with bright lighting, pull-through access, and both CCS and NACS connectors.

Clear pricing with no extra fees

At launch, Ionna is charging $0.42 per kWh with no idle or session fees, making it one of the more affordable high-speed charging options available.

Inside the standalone lounge, drivers will find seating, free WiFi, reasonably priced vending machines, and spotless bathrooms—a rare luxury at most fast chargers.

Using the FordPass app, charging began instantly on the Mach-E Rally tester, delivering high-speed power without hiccups. If all Ionna stations are like this one, public EV charging could finally get the upgrade it needs.
