Bob Broderdorf has been appointed as the new chief executive officer of the Jeep brand. Previously serving as senior vice president and head of Jeep brand for North America, Broderdorf has over 25 years of experience working with brands such as Ram and Dodge. His expertise includes dealer relations, marketing, and strategic planning to drive growth and profitability.

Broderdorf replaces Antonio Filosa, who will continue overseeing Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram in his role as America’s Regions chief operating officer for Stellantis. Filosa stated that Broderdorf’s leadership has already resulted in a 16 percent increase in Jeep’s market share and a 30 percent reduction in inventory in the U.S. since November 2024. Filosa also indicated that Broderdorf’s strategy has provided a strong foundation for the brand’s operations in 2025.

Under Broderdorf’s leadership, Jeep’s North American and global operations will be consolidated into a single team. This structure will oversee sales, operations, product development, communications, and marketing. As part of this transition, Mike Koval has been appointed as senior vice president and head of sales operations. Koval previously served as senior vice president of Mopar in North America and was the CEO of Ram, where he contributed to the brand’s sales and market share growth.

Broderdorf stated that he aims to build on the foundation established by his predecessor. Jeep plans to invest over three billion dollars in its business this year to reinforce dealer relationships and introduce new products. He described his leadership of the brand as both a privilege and a responsibility and emphasized a commitment to guiding the brand through a period of transformation.
