Polestar has commenced production of its Polestar 3 Long Range Single Motor variant at its facility in Charleston, South Carolina. The vehicle has been certified by the EPA to offer a range of up to 350 miles on a single charge. This model represents the most affordable entry in the Polestar 3 lineup, with pricing starting at $67,500 before additional fees.
The Long Range Single Motor variant uses the same 111 kWh battery pack as the dual motor version, supporting peak DC fast charging of 250 kW, enabling a 10–80% charge in approximately 30 minutes. It is powered by a single motor on the rear axle, producing 299 horsepower and 361 lb-ft of torque, allowing for acceleration from 0 to 60 mph in 7.8 seconds.
Polestar allows customers to customize their vehicle with several optional features, including exterior color choices, interior configurations, and wheel designs. Additional premium options, such as a 25-speaker Bowers & Wilkins audio system with Dolby Atmos and sustainably sourced Nappa leather, are available.
The Polestar 3 Long Range Single Motor model also includes a Brembo braking system and a suspension setup designed for comfort and control. Production has begun in the U.S., and vehicles are available for order through Polestar’s official website.
