Ford Motor Company announced a new pricing program on April 3, 2025, that extends employee pricing to all U.S. customers. The initiative, called “From America, For America,” allows retail consumers to purchase most 2024 and 2025 Ford and Lincoln vehicles at the same price company employees pay.
This move is being framed as a response to ongoing economic uncertainty and heightened trade tensions, including the impact of tariffs affecting the auto industry. Despite the program’s national branding, the pricing initiative applies to eligible vehicles regardless of where they are assembled.
Excluded from the offer are high-performance and specialty vehicles such as the Ford Raptor, specialty versions of the Mustang and Bronco, as well as the 2025 Expedition, Navigator, and Super Duty trucks.
The announcement also includes updates to Ford’s Power Promise program, which has been extended through June 30, 2025. Under this extension, retail customers who purchase a qualifying Ford electric vehicle will receive a complimentary home charger and standard installation. The intent is to make home charging more accessible for EV buyers, allowing vehicles to be charged overnight and ready for use each day.
Ford stated the initiative reflects its commitment to supporting U.S. jobs and communities. The company currently employs more hourly autoworkers in the U.S. than any other automaker.
