Genesis expands to 68 dedicated retail facilities in the U.S.

Genesis Motor North America has announced the opening of eight additional standalone retail facilities in the United States, bringing the total number of dedicated Genesis showrooms in the country to 68. These facilities are part of the brand’s continued retail expansion strategy.

The eight new facilities are located in various regions and operated by different dealer groups. These include Genesis of Chandler in Gilbert, Arizona (Earnhardt Auto Centers), Genesis of Harlingen in Harlingen, Texas (Bert Ogden Auto Group), Genesis of Plano in Plano, Texas (Huffines Auto Dealerships), Genesis of Clear Lake in Webster, Texas (DeMontrond Auto Group), Genesis of Norman in Norman, Oklahoma (Colton Thompson), Genesis of Highland Park in Highland Park, Illinois (Gregory Auto Group), Genesis of North Cincinnati in Cincinnati, Ohio (Joseph Auto Group), and Genesis of Winston-Salem in Winston-Salem, North Carolina (Bob King Automotive).

Genesis reports that its retail model emphasizes customer service and convenience. The showrooms feature open floor plans and brand-specific design elements. Each location also offers the Genesis Concierge program, a complimentary service where a personal advisor assists customers throughout the purchase process. This includes scheduling test drives, either at the showroom or the customer’s residence, and coordinating vehicle deliveries.

Genesis currently works with more than 200 independent retailers in the United States and more than 30 agency distributors in Canada. Across North America, there are now over 80 dedicated retail locations, with additional sites in development.
