GMC has unveiled the pricing structure for its highly anticipated Hummer EV, providing a detailed look at what customers can expect to pay for each trim level of this all-electric truck. The Hummer EV, which marks the revival of the iconic Hummer brand in an all-electric form, is set to offer a range of trims with varying features and capabilities, catering to different segments of the electric vehicle (EV) market.

The lineup begins with the base model, known as the Hummer EV2, priced at $79,995. This entry-level version is expected to offer impressive off-road capabilities and a robust electric powertrain, although it will come with a slightly reduced range and fewer premium features compared to the higher trims. The EV2 is scheduled to be available in the spring of 2024.

Next in the lineup is the Hummer EV2X, priced at $89,995. This mid-tier trim adds more advanced features, including adaptive air suspension, CrabWalk mode, and Extract mode, enhancing its off-road performance. The EV2X is expected to offer a longer range than the base model and comes with additional technological upgrades, making it a more well-rounded option for those looking for extra capability.

Moving up, the Hummer EV3X comes with a price tag of $99,995. This trim level includes the tri-motor powertrain that delivers 1,000 horsepower and a range of approximately 300 miles. The EV3X also includes advanced off-road features and luxury interior upgrades, making it a compelling choice for buyers seeking both power and refinement in their electric truck.

At the top of the range is the Hummer EV Edition 1, which is priced at $112,595. This flagship model was the first to be released and quickly sold out due to high demand. The Edition 1 comes fully loaded with every available feature, including the Watts to Freedom mode that enables 0-60 mph acceleration in just about three seconds. It also includes an exclusive Lunar Horizon interior, unique badging, and other premium touches that set it apart from the other trims.

The GMC Hummer EV is designed to offer a combination of luxury, performance, and off-road capability, bringing the Hummer name into the modern era of electric vehicles. Each trim level is engineered to provide a different balance of features, allowing customers to choose the version that best suits their needs and budget.

With the wide range of pricing and features across the Hummer EV lineup, GMC is positioning this electric truck as a versatile and desirable option in the growing market for electric vehicles. The staggered release dates for each trim ensure that there will be a continuous rollout of the Hummer EV over the next few years, keeping anticipation high as more models become available.
