Honda has announced plans to debut two new electric vehicle prototypes at CES 2025, representing the next models in the Honda 0 Series. These vehicles are slated for global release in 2026. The company will also showcase a new proprietary vehicle operating system designed for these models, highlighting advancements in automated driving technologies and the “Wise” aspect of their “Thin, Light, and Wise” development approach.
At CES 2024, Honda initially introduced the Honda 0 Series and its development philosophy. The upcoming CES presentation will expand on this framework, focusing on the “Wise” value, which integrates Software Defined Vehicles (SDV) and a System on Chip (SoC) supporting the new models. The event will also reveal details about an upcoming energy service linked to the Honda 0 Series, aligning with Honda’s broader goals for achieving carbon neutrality.
The press conference is scheduled for January 7, 2025, from 10:30 to 11:00 a.m. local time at the Honda booth in the Las Vegas Convention Center’s West Hall. A livestream will be available for remote viewing.
