Lucid Group, Inc. has introduced the Gravity X concept, an SUV based on the Lucid Gravity Grand Touring model. The vehicle was unveiled at a private event at Pebble Beach Golf Links and will be shown publicly on the Concept Lawn at the 74th Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance on August 17, 2025.
The Gravity X is designed to combine on-road and off-road capabilities. Modifications from the standard Gravity include redesigned front and rear fascias to improve approach and departure angles, a widened track, increased ride height, and custom wheels with all-terrain tires. The vehicle is equipped with protective skid plates and integrated tow hooks.

Exterior changes include bold orange accents, an Astral Drift rugged satin paint finish, and Lucid’s Stealth Appearance package. Brushed metal finishes are applied to the front and rear fascias. The hood features etched topography maps of Big Sur and Death Valley. Additional unique elements include sill plates and rocker trim with coordinates marking Pebble Beach.
Lucid states that the Gravity X retains the aerodynamic characteristics of the standard Gravity while adding features to enhance off-road performance. The concept was developed to demonstrate the adaptability of Lucid’s electric vehicle platform.

Lucid manufactures its vehicles in Arizona and markets the Lucid Air sedan and Lucid Gravity SUV. The company positions its products as offering high efficiency, performance, and interior space.
