Slate announced a new partnership with RepairPal to provide service and accessory installation options for its customers. The collaboration integrates Slate’s vehicle support with RepairPal’s nationwide network of certified service centers.
The partnership enables Slate owners to schedule maintenance, warranty repairs, and accessory installations through RepairPal-affiliated locations. According to Slate, this approach is designed to simplify the process of obtaining service by allowing customers to visit participating centers within their communities. RepairPal centers will be trained on Slate-specific procedures to ensure proper handling of accessories and warranty-related work.
Slate’s business model emphasizes affordability and customization. The company supports both do-it-yourself (DIY) and professional vehicle modification, with customers encouraged to personalize their vehicles as desired. RepairPal’s certified technicians will also assist customers who prefer not to perform installations or repairs themselves.
For electric vehicles, certain RepairPal facilities will be certified to handle high-voltage systems and battery-related repairs. RepairPal reports that over 200 locations across the United States are currently authorized for high-voltage service. Slate notes that most customers will be within 100 miles of a participating service center, though warranty coverage may not be available at every location.
