Rolls-Royce Motor Cars has introduced Spectre Bailey, a one-off commission created for a long-standing client couple based in the United States. The vehicle serves as a personal tribute to the client’s Labrador-Golden Retriever mix, Bailey. The commission was curated through the company’s Private Office in New York.

The exterior features a two-tone paint finish developed specifically for this commission. The lower body is finished in Crystal Fusion over Beautiful Bailey, a color inspired by the dog’s fur, while the upper body is painted in Crystal Fusion, which shifts in appearance depending on lighting. A hand-painted Coachline includes a reproduction of Bailey’s paw print in Rose Gold, which also matches the Spirit of Ecstasy emblem.

Inside, the vehicle is finished in Moccasin and Crème Light leather with Dark Spice and Casden Tan accents. The wood surfaces use High Gloss Royal Walnut veneer. The centerpiece of the interior is a marquetry portrait of Bailey, located on the waterfall between the rear seats. The portrait required more than four months to complete and is composed of over 180 pieces of veneer. Nine different veneers were used in total, including four that had not previously been used by Rolls-Royce. The passenger dashboard panel includes another marquetry detail of Bailey’s paw print. The paw print design also appears on the door sill treadplates.

Technical specifications are consistent with the standard Rolls-Royce Spectre. The model has an electric driving range of up to 329 miles (530 kilometers) under the WLTP cycle and a power consumption of 2.6–2.8 miles per kWh (23.6–22.2 kWh per 100 kilometers). The vehicle produces zero tailpipe emissions.

Spectre Bailey highlights the capabilities of Rolls-Royce’s Bespoke Collective, which develops one-of-one commissions based on client requests.
